Waterproof

Single mother Tyree Battle faces the challenge of steering her young son, Thaniel, away from the gang-infested urban environment that entangles him. Amid intense gang influence, Thaniel inadvertently shoots Eli Zeal, a Jewish shopkeeper, during a failed robbery. In an effort to shield her son from legal consequences, Tyree abducts Eli and escapes to her hometown of Waterproof.
