“Taking Flight” is a short film that draws inspiration from the life and legacy of Antonio Pasin, the creator of the Radio Flyer wagon. This fictional homage to Pasin’s contributions transforms a young boy’s monotonous and overly structured day with his grandfather into an extraordinary adventure. The pair embarks on a fantastical journey, narrowly avoiding wild monkeys and fighting off aliens to rescue the universe. Through the magic of imagination and thrilling escapades, the boy discovers the essence of being a child, the father learns the true meaning of parenthood, and the grandfather rekindles the spirit of childhood for everyone.
