Alex (Alex Magaña) and Matt (Matt Lowe) are best friends with contrasting personalities. Alex is a solitary, fit, and responsible individual, while Matt is childish, overweight, and overwhelmed. Unbeknownst to each other, they secretly desire the other’s lifestyle. After a bizarre meeting with a mystical vagrant, they find themselves in each other’s bodies.
