Simulant

Faye seeks to fill the void left by her recently deceased husband, Evan, by turning to an android replica known as a simulant (SIM). Despite SIM Evan’s perfect resemblance to the human Evan, Faye struggles to reciprocate the love that SIM Evan shows her. Meanwhile, SIM Evan endeavors to rekindle Faye’s affection while evading a government agent tasked with capturing SIMs that have gained “consciousness” and might pose a danger to humanity.
