Royal Pains

A young emergency room physician, unjustly accused of causing a patient’s death, relocates to the Hamptons and reluctantly becomes a private doctor catering to the wealthy elite. However, when the charming administrator of the nearby hospital requests his help in caring for the underprivileged residents, he faces the challenge of balancing personal gain with altruistic service.
