Kelly Quinn and her best friends, Darbie and Hannah, come across her grandmother’s enigmatic cookbook while exploring the attic. They soon realize that the recipes are anything but ordinary. For instance, the Shut’em Up Shortcake quiets Kelly’s annoying younger brother, and the Healing Hazelnut Tart mends Darbie’s injured ankle. This leads the girls to uncover their newfound magical abilities. The show is a single-camera live-action pilot inspired by a well-loved book.
