Fanboy and Chum Chum

Fanboy & Chum Chum is a CGI animated TV series from the United States, developed by Eric Robles for Nickelodeon. The show is derived from an animated short titled Fanboy, which Robles created for Nickelodeon and Frederator Studios. This short was aired on August 14, 2008, as part of Random! Cartoons.

The debut episode of the series attracted an audience of 5.8 million viewers, while the following episode garnered 5.4 million viewers.

The theme song was composed by Brad Joseph Breeck and performed by the experimental punk band The Mae Shi.

Nickelodeon’s upfront presentation for the 2013-2014 season did not include an announcement for a third season of the series.
