Following a catastrophic terrorist assault that wipes out New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, the US government implements advanced drone surveillance to combat terrorism and maintain order among citizens. Patterson Endcott, a scientist and drone operator, discovers his name on a list of suspected terrorists. In response, he joins forces with a band of rebels to lead the charge against the oppressive regime.
