In Bucharest, 2009, two decades after the Romanian Revolution, Tavi Ionescu, a pleasant yet somewhat childish man in his late 30s, discovers through his Securitate (Romanian Secret Police) file that he might have a son he was unaware of. As he embarks on a personal and covert investigation, Tavi becomes entangled in a complex past that begins to uncover unpleasant hidden truths, disrupting his life and the lives of those around him. For the first time, Tavi is compelled to make genuinely mature choices.
