In a calculated move, Jack Stone stages a bank heist to ensure his incarceration alongside the infamous Russian crime lord, Balam. Balam is not merely a mobster; he is a shrewd and perilous figure who manipulates the police from within the confines of his prison cell. This cell, a luxurious private suite designed exclusively for him, serves as a facade for his true dominion as the city’s ruler. Hidden deep within the prison, his quarters are off-limits to most, and even the warden is hesitant to enter his domain. Despite being surrounded by loyal followers and guards in his secluded stronghold, Balam is unaware that Jack is coming for him, seeking retribution for the brutal murder of his family at Balam’s hands.
