No Dead Heroes

Abandoned in Vietnam, Lieutenant Cotter falls into the hands of the villainous KGB operative, Mitovitch, who uses him as a test subject. With a microchip implanted in his brain, Cotter is transformed into a soulless assassin. His fellow officer, Lieutenant Sanders, embarks on a mission to find him, first in Cambodia and then in El Salvador, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake.
