Madhouse

Julia, portrayed by Trish Everly in her sole film appearance, is a young educator for deaf children residing in Savannah, Georgia. She is haunted by traumatic memories of her past, marked by the cruelty of her sadistic twin sister, Mary, played by Allison Biggers. Encouraged by her uncle, Father James, Julia visits Mary, who is afflicted with a severe skin condition, at a mental institution. The reunion is disastrous, and Mary threatens to make Julia “suffer as she had suffered.” As their shared birthday nears, several of Julia’s friends and neighbors meet gruesome ends, some at the hands of a mysterious Rottweiler dog linked to Mary. But is Mary truly the one behind these killings?
