Set in the 1920s, this film follows Alain Lefevre, a French boxer played by Jean-Claude Van Damme, who finds himself on the run after a fixed fight goes awry. Seeking refuge, he joins the French Foreign Legion, only to face new challenges in the harsh deserts of North Africa. Directed by Peter MacDonald, the movie explores themes of redemption and survival amidst the backdrop of war. While it didn’t receive any major awards, it offers an engaging performance by Van Damme.
