After the passing of his mother, Brian is taken aback to discover that he has inherited The Sanctuary, her contentious facility dedicated to experimental addiction treatments. As he and his friends are guided through the rundown establishment by an enigmatic staff member, an ominous atmosphere becomes apparent. Nevertheless, the group ventures into a hidden subterranean tunnel, uncovering a horrifying truth. Brian’s mother had developed an innovative device that eradicated addictions, but it inadvertently manifested these addictions as mutated child-like creatures with a craving for human flesh, now residing within the building.
