Heart of a Dragon

The narrative follows a police officer who gives up his aspirations of traveling the globe by sea to look after his brother, who has a mental disability. When the brother unwittingly becomes involved in a gang conflict, he is abducted as leverage to compel the officer to hand over a police informant.
