Bad Medicine

Jeff Marx aspires to pursue a career in medicine and become a doctor, but his academic performance falls short of the requirements for admission to a medical school in the United States. Fortunately, he receives an opportunity to study medicine overseas in a small Latin American country ruled by the dictator Ramon Madera, who is particularly keen on monitoring the conduct of the medical students.
