Anthrax: Chile on Hell

“Chile On Hell” was recorded live at the Teatro Caupolican in Santiago, Chile, on May 10, 2013, showcasing Anthrax with Joey Belladonna on vocals, Scott Ian on guitar, Charlie Benante on drums, Frank Bello on bass, and Jon Donais on lead guitar. The band delivered an extensive setlist that spanned their entire discography, including fan-favorite tracks like “I Am The Law,” “Indians,” “Madhouse,” “Caught In A Mosh,” “The Devil You Know,” and “I’m Alive.” According to Anthrax’s Charlie Benante, Santiago was the ideal location for capturing this performance. He recalled that during previous shows there, even after the band had finished their set and encore, the audience’s enthusiasm was relentless, with fans continuing to cheer and applaud. On one occasion, Scott and Charlie stepped to the side of the stage just to witness the fervor of the crowd. With such an electrifying audience, it was a natural choice to film a DVD there.
