A decade after departing from a conflict initiated by his father, Quinn and Amp reside in the impoverished areas, making a living by selling illicit custom technology to buy the batteries necessary for Amp’s survival. When a former childhood companion finds him, Quinn faces a tough decision: stay passive in a city dominated by the unscrupulous Coreley Corporation or take action to conclude the war he was never eager to join.
