Ray Pelletier is looking forward to a peaceful weekend of ice fishing with his family. Unfortunately, his plans are disrupted by the unwelcome arrival of the irritating city dwellers, Steve Cote and his son, Stevie Jr. Despite their initial conflicts, the two families must put aside their disagreements and join forces when a terrifying creature emerges from the icy depths of the secluded lake where they are staying.
