Bian Lian

Wang Bianlian, an elderly street artist celebrated for his expertise in the Sichuan Change Art, is known as the King of Mask. His life took a tragic turn when his wife abandoned him with their infant son more than three decades ago. Sadly, his son passed away from an illness at the age of 10. This loss left Wang as a solitary figure, yearning for a male heir to whom he could pass on his unique and fading craft.
