“Hotel Deluxe” is essentially a continuation of “All’s Well Ends Well 2013,” featuring much of the same cast and crew, along with a few new additions. The film revolves around a group of hotel staff striving to achieve a prestigious 5-star rating for their establishment, interwoven with various subplots and supporting characters.
