The cybercrime unit of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department discovers a video on the “YOURTUBE” website. In this video, a man obscured by a newspaper threatens to start a fire at a food processing plant. Soon, more warnings about violent crimes appear. Geitsu is the leader of the group “Shinbunshi,” responsible for uploading these videos. Previously, he was a temporary worker at an IT firm but was unjustly fired. Afterward, he takes on manual labor jobs and encounters the other members of “Shinbunshi.”
