A twisted dentist, along with his dental assistant, has a habit of seducing his patients. He becomes fixated on one patient, who is a lesbian, and relentlessly torments her and her partner. He employs a variety of methods to inflict harm, including ropes, dental instruments, ice buckets, and candles, among other things. Occasionally, he enhances the atmosphere with selections from his classical music record collection.
