Four years ago, Shuichi (played by Tadayoshi Okura) was involved in a motorcycle accident that erased his memories from the previous year. At a friend’s wedding, he encounters Yoshimi (portrayed by Mirei Kiritani), and they share joyful moments that lead Shuichi to consider marriage. However, Yoshimi falls ill, and a heartbreaking secret lies within the memories Shuichi has forgotten.
